About 1 month ago I notified David that my mattress was faulty. He came home to check it and he saw that the mattress was not in good conditions to sleep. He told me immediately that he was going to send the report to the landlord. Then I was behind him doing the follow-up. Today, a month later, David does not respond to my messages and I am still sleeping on a defective mattress.

Since there have been no deductions from tenants deposits of late it is easy to establish who this is and it isn't a 'Pat'.
There was a small deduction for cleaning of which the tenants held their hands up to. The bulk of the deduction was for a wash hand basin that had a hole broken in it. it unfortunately had to be replaced. It wasn't noted as broken with a hole from either the previous tenant, the inventory at handover and no reporting of the issue on email records whilst everything else has ...

All requests (and repairs/fixes) have to be granted by the client. If they do not get back then we are unable to do anything unless it is an emergency. When he actually got back a mattress was supplied

This review is at best the product of someone who is never happy or content. I have a good idea of the person and property in question. upon move in, there were some pots & pans and duvets etc in the property. Nothing unusual, but this tenant felt this was a disaster! She also was very upset that about some general wear and tear marks on the walls.
