Very poor customer service both when it came to arrange second viewing.and. when.we placed an offer on. the house. staff members seemed. Disinterested in selling the property. made no attempt to make any call s to myself to inform me of progress left us in the dark. Completely and when i telephoned them to find out what was happening i was laughed at down the phone with the following statement "cor you really want this house don't you ". To which my reply was no we made an offer 4days ago i want to know what. Is going on. they. Finally came back and said o the buyer has told us she will oney accept the asking price to which i replied why then was i told by a member of staff. That the offer we had put in was a good one and implied the vendor was going to accept it! They still haven't changed the advertisement on that house to fixed price only and surely they should have known this to begin with why have is chasing them for 5. Days. I am really. disappointed with this companys customer service they made no apology what so ever and i am now boycott ing them i just feel sorry for people in redditch selling houses with this company if the treat buyers who are in a fantastic position to buy a property like this then no one will want to buy from them. we. Were made to feel insignificant and lost out on another property whilst this company were playing silly games over the house we had bid on . Ridiculous !!!! my advice is if you don't have to deal with them don't
What agent could do to change your mind?
I think a more honest and upfront attitude and treating us with more respect
