Jacob was fantastic when we were viewing our new property. Despite being young, he completely understood what we would need to think about as a growing family and helped us envisage our new home. Likewise, Guy was very friendly and knowledgeable and the branch as a whole obviously have high standards for customer service and helping purchases/sales to run smoothly and quickly - whilst keeping the solicitors on their toes!
