Unforutantely our experience with this estate agent was appalling.
I cannot express how stressful they made the whole experience .
We encountered many problems which they blamed on the landlord. They would claim he was on holiday and had no internet whenever we had an issue and I dont actually know if this was true or not. But since we have moved into the property he has been away and we have managed to get ahold of him ourselves very easily. Aditionallg since moving in the landlord has been amazing and so far solved all our problems very quickly. Some of our problems included our flat being rented out to someone else when we had payed the goodwill gesture and one of us not having a bed when we moved in. Or no sofas and kitchen table when we were told it would be fully furished. Overall they made our first time renting extremely stressful.
