Knowing that Estate Agents generally have a bad reputation I asked an Estate Agent friend out of the area for a recommendation.
Town & Country Southern were put forward.
I'm glad I listened, from the initial phone call with Oliver, to completion, the service was amazing. Living in Australia I thought the process was going to be quite painful, how wrong I was.
Constantly updated by email and phone calls when it was necessary and convenient for myself, it was a breeze.
The price was discussed at length and information showing how they came to their valuation was impressive. Once we agreed on the price the property was listed and we had 2 offers within 24 hrs with others also interested.
They definitely do what it says on the box. Completed quicker than the estimated time frame and with professionalism from the start these guys were fantastic.
Even when Oliver was out of the office either Colin or Rob would take my call and know exactly where we were with the sale.
This team are in a league of their own.
I can't express how highly I would recommend Town & Country Southern (Drayton), and would advise that if in doubt at least make a call to them and have a chat.
Thanks Oliver and the rest of the team for a stress free sale.
