Stay far far away from this company. Firstly of all, they will hit you with hundreds of pounds of fees that they never discuss with you.
Then they will refuse to give you back your deposit by constantly claiming that the manager is not in the office.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague. In all honesty, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life and I have lived most of my life in the developing world.
Just Google their name and you will see tons of news articles and court cases against them over rat-infested homes and deposit disputes.
I wish I had done the same before ever giving any money to these thieves.
