Recently used YourMove to move into rented accommodation; staff member James was rude, patronising and aggressive. I was upset after every conversation with him due to his uncouth words and no apology or response to my compliant has been received. Not to mention the incompetent service I received. I was given the incorrect address twice, and made out to be a liar when I stated that I knew it wasn't correct. My time was wasted by having to make a three hour trip to Basingstoke to sign a contract that did not yet exist. Overall the communication was very poor. I had to ring them continually to find out what was going on, to which I was told obvious lies. Messages from the landlady were not passed onto me, hence I suffered the stress of being told I would have a different removal day, two days before the move and changes in key collection an hour before the removal van arrived. The service was unsatisfactory and I would advise anyone to go elsewhere.
