With regards to this particular case we did in fact sell this property very quickly at the asking price, too which the client was delighted. Unfortunately if a buyer then "pulls out" due to matters out of our control we cannot be held responsible over such matters. During this time the property remained on the websites to encourage more enquiries (we tend not to remove them until surveys have been carried out meaning commitment from all parties in the chain). Once the sale had fallen through we commenced a new marketing campaign and 2 offers from new buyers were quickly generated. The price of offers will of course vary from customer to customer depending on what they feel the house is worth to them. We as an agent are obligated by law to present all offers to our clients irrelevant of price. Please note that during this transaction our contractual agreement was not broken in any way with this client and a successful outcome was finally achieved for all parties. Moving can be very stressful at times and do understand that people get frustrated.
