Worst estate agency, although they charged me £2000 to buy a property i had to chase them regarding all the updates. My flat took 5 months before i got the keys which was partially * fault. He never cared to call me and let me know about the delays. He the most social awkward person, he didnt build any rapport with me and didnt care anything apart from him getting his money. He suggested me TTS legal, which will tell you that its £1100 and will charge you £2,500 without any warning. Do not go with Edward chase if you want fast turn around and good customer service
