We've have just completed the sale of property with L&N and my overall experience of them has been fantastic!
The service we revived from Louis was exceptional from start to finish. He is incredibly polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He valued our property, giving sound and honest justification for the value. He explained his value in detail highlighting our properties strong points and it's limitations. Opposed to just pulling a big and exciting sounding figure out of the air, as I am sure other estate agents did.
He organised and managed a fantastic viewing day and we were incredibly luckily to receive several asking price and over offers on the day, one of which we accepted. Unfortunately the conveyancing process was somewhat protracted, but Louis managed the buyers and our own expectations with care, consideration, experience and professionalism.
I cannot recommend Louis highly enough.
Would I buy a property from him and L&N? Absolutely!
Would I sell another property via him and L&N? Without hesitation!
