We decided to put our house on the market in July and had completed the sale by the end of September. From start to finish Lavelle, Pete and the team at Thomas Morris Sawtry ensured that everything ran smoothly starting with Lavelle's valuation of the property and followed with lovely photos and marketing by Joshua Bradbury and then after only the second viewing Lavelle negotiated a good price for us and along with Pete endured the sale went through with no delays. All carried out in a very friendly and efficient manner, I cannot recommend this branch of Thomas Morris highly enough.
