Aspire's Shirley team was absolutely fantastic but also extremely caring in terms of our special situation.
My first contact was with Luke over the phone who understood the special situation my mother was in and that we wanted only particular locations because of it. We scheduled to visit two properties, already before coming to Southampton!
Sahib, the person who showed me around the properties, was also extremely kind because he waited 15 minutes (!!) for me to show up (not knowing Southampton, I took the wrong bus...). Most estate agents would have cancelled the viewing and left but Sahib was fantastic and showed me two great properties that were perfect (we ended up taking the first one he showed me, so I'm really grateful he waited).
We then dealt very kindly with Kulbir to do all the documents. We had a lovely chat with her and she was helpful in sorting out the documents and other bits quicker, so we could get my mother moved in quicker.
Throughout and afterwards, Sarah was also a very kind, and provided efficient support for anything that needed to be sorted out.
Not just the fact that the service was excellent and the property is great, it's also the fact that all Aspire team members we interacted with took great care of my mother's special situation, which made us feel very welcome, and comforted us in knowing that choosing Aspire and moving to Southampton was a great choice for the future. Thanks very much for everything!!
