Rented from them for several years, house was running in damp. In the end I moved having totally cleaned the entire house and had the carpets cleaned and garden tided up. The kept a huger chunk of my deposit, sent the wrong details to the Deposit Protection Service and 8 months later I still have not received my initial deposit or paperwork from the Prop Cent which my solicitor asked for in order to appeal for a return of monies. Rubbish company cannot begin to describe them. Do not use even if you are desperate.
