As a Buying Agent I like to work with an efficient and helpful agent who makes my job easier. This was not an easy sale and Luke kept calm and professional throughout to keep the deal together and answered endless questions and queries that seemed to arise. Luke was efficient and always replied to emails in a timely and informative manner, keeping the lines of communication going between vendor, purchaser and solicitors.
