I turned to Chase Buchanan after having had a slightly frustrating sales process (a buyer was found after only a few weeks of marketing, but the sale fell through and my then acting agents were unable to secure another buyer for several weeks). I received a call from Danny at Chase Buchanan enquiring about the status of my sale and after venting my frustration, Danny reassured me that they could sell my property and would be 100% committed to achieving the best outcome. I met with Danny and was immediately impressed by his determination and laser sharp focus, so I agreed to list with them on a multiple agency basis. The next part of the process was simple and seamless - Chase Buchanan coordinated the photography and prepared the brochure and Daniel also took the time to view the property in advance. Needless to say, within barely a fortnight, Danny and Daniel had found another buyer and fought my corner in the negotiations to help me achieve a price beyond what I was expecting. The team didn't stop there - Daniel and Danny kept me fully appraised of the progress of the purchase and chased all parties frequently to ensure the sale was completed as soon as possible and with few complications. I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend them - they would be go to now for any future property listings.
