We decided to go with Knightbain after we had a couple of other valuations too, on meeting Carol I liked her passion and enthusiasm for the job , she give us assurance she could sell our house and within days of our first meeting our house was on the market, we viewing arranged from the first day, Carol viewed morning, noon and night and happy to say our house was sold within two weeks. Rhona also kept us informed of everything by email and texts, would highly recommend Knightbain and can't thank Carol enough for the time she gave us.
Comment on agent fees
Not the cheapest or most expensive, very fairly priced for the effeciency and professionalism all round.
