I was pleased that the buyer's offer came through quickly when selling my deceased father's property. In the short time prior to that, Lawler's agency kept me fully informed of any interest.
When the inevitable delays occurred, none of which were attributed to Sophie and Lawlers, I was again kept in the picture. They maintained a constant dialogue with the various solicitors involved and their perseverance, and indeed determination, ensured a positive final conclusion.

Comment on agent fees
Good, price was fair and there was some additional (and probably unexpected and uncosted) work which needed to be done by Lawlers to get the sale ever the line.

Unfortunately some vendors only wish purchasers who are on the market to view - especially if they have had a high level of viewers who can't proceed instantly previously. As discussed with yourself after seeing this review we do make every effort to accommodate viewings but we are obliged to take our clients instructions (as confirmed we did discuss with the vendor again after your initial phone call).
