Thank you for taking the time time write a review. Its disappointing that you have taken to reviewing without raising any complaints with us directly. We emailed you on day 3 following your move out to confirm your bond was being released in full and to clarify there is no dispute with us. We also sent you a contribution of £50 towards your gas bill in the initial 2 weeks when your boiler programmer wasn't working, this was not requested by you however we felt you had been inconvenienced and you told us you were grateful for this and happy with the situation. Our inventories are digital and available on line before you move in and throughout your tenancy, all photos are geo (date/time/location) tagged and we use the only inventory system approved by the deposit protection service so just to clarify the photos cannot be changed as the inventory is locked 7 days after the start of the tenancy to prevent any changes. The landlord decided not to pursue the damage to his kitchen units even though it was caused by your the plumbing to your washing machine as a gesture of goodwill. We feel discouraged that despite having your bond returned in full within 3 days of your tenancy ending you still feel this is a negative outcome for you.
