I used Hoopers to sell my property. I found the staff knowledgeable of the local market. The valuation of the property was very accurate and they had buyers on their books ready to buy. We had offers close to valuation price within couple of days. The whole process after accepting the offer to completion went smoothly.
Comment on agent fees
I didnt check the competition, but I felt those ware resonable. I was happy with the quick sale and didn’t mind paying the fees
