2 members of staff came out to view the property. They took excellent photos and compiled a great brochure which was immediately posted on line and also displayed in their tidy office windows which attracted plenty of footfall. Within 10 working days amazingly we had at 11 viewings after the Mark Anthony's notice board being erected and 3 clients requested return viewings!! The staff were all really knowledgeable and shared all feedback of their viewings with us. If we couldn't do a viewing , a member of staff was always available to conducted any viewings competently and always rang us and kept us in touch after every viewing took place. Further requested viewings had to be cancelled as we had an offer which was acceptable and the flat is now sold subject to contract
Comment on agent fees
Yes we would recommend Mark Antony's wholeheartedly. We found that the fees charged were extremely reasonable, as they only charge 1 percent of the sale price on completion of the sale. We now already have an acceptable offer which is now sold subject to contract. We couldn't be more pleased with choosing Mark Antony's agency.
