No debt? Really? Not according to the Dunpark balance sheets for the last three years. Dunpark's credibility on this forum is so low precisely because claims like "Dunpark is a no debt business" can be shown to be false and evidenced to be so, from public records. You have your own in-house maintenance company... sure, that's fine, but Dunpark cannot ensure "prices are fair and firmly negotiated" with Cairnsmore Technical when both companies are owned and run by the same husband and wife. ...

The _sheer number_ of calls over a problem that is neither being taken or handled seriously, followed by an almost gdpr level of data-dump shows the true face of the company. They will _NOT_ use a certified competant company to carry repairs. I've evidence of prior experience with them where they challenge, deny and flat out refuse to cover the cost of repairs on a property they supposedly manage.
