From the start Jamie was friendly, extremely enthusiastic about our character property & had a good knowledge of the local market. He kept in touch with us regularly & provided us with helpful feedback from viewings. He also showed us data gathered from interest online on our property. We were very happy with Jamie & Constables on the whole & would recommend them & use them again in the future.

Very poor service from a renters point of view. Slow to sort things out and instead of sending someone out to investigate problem would try to put things off - we had to get neighbours to phone up on our behalf and always had to provide photos via several emails. We had issues with damp/appliances/guttering/hot water/taps etc. and it was draining to get them to sort it out. Also found a few members of the team to be pretty unprofessional; using the wrong names multiple times (even after a year), ...
