It is a shame that despite all our help and assistance you have given us such a poor review.
In regards to the floorplan, although it clearly states it is for illustration purposes, the alternative measurements you provided was carried out by you and not a professional hence we could not use it. You were also checked in to the property where you inspected it and exclaimed how happy you were with the apartment.
There was no advertising material stating the property was double glazed, despite extensive conversations on whatsapp, you could not provide any written instances of us claiming the property was double glazed. The only evidence provided regarding this was a note you scribbled on a piece of paper.
You reported the hot water was not working, a handyman was sent out the same day. We then followed up to find out if it was fixed and have written evidence of you confirming this. You then reported it again the following day saying you had made a mistake and it was not working to which we sent out the engineer to resolve it.
We have evidence to suggest that any issue raised was resolved in a timely manner.
We pride ourselves in providing an excellent service by attending to our clients needs this is reflected in numerous testimonials including one from the previous inhabitants of the very same property you are referring to. We also won a Gold Award for Best Customer Service within our area on this very site last year and are due to win another award this year.
It is quite curious that we had an amiable relationship and your dissatisfaction only arose after trying several times (including threatening us) to get a discount with baseless evidence.
