Constantly entered the property without notice or permission ( walked in on me coming out of the shower naked).
Claimed the property needed a clean when it was not in the condition stated.
Charged £200 for a end of tenancy inspection - but didn't do one when we moved in.
Let us move in with moth ridden carpets, and ruined linoleum floors. Yet property has to be pristine when we move out?
Money grabbing, unprofessional, privacy-invading, clueless landlord.
Had her mail sent to our property and came regularly to pick it up.
Stored her own belongings in the garden brick shed and we were not allowed access to it.
( lorraine is both the landlord and estate agent, another concerning fact). I have never experience someone so bad.

Only positive point is that Thresher Owen enforced our maintenance requests in a professional and efficient way.

Do not rent from this agent.
Constantly gained unauthorised and unannounced access to the property whilst trying to cover the breaking of the tenancy agreement with poor excuses. (Tenancy agreement states 24hrs notice minimum, which was broken on more than one occasion). ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
