Federica was really helpful when I was looking for a flat in the Mill Road area. She was very informative and encouraging, didn't rush or pressure me. She also understood what I was looking for. When one place I wanted was taken by someone else, she let me know about another one that was just about to come on the market that she thought I would like. It turned out to be perfect for me, which was a huge relief. She made it easy for me to complete all the paperwork and explained everything very clearly. I would not hesitate to recommend Federica to anyone looking for a flat in this area.
