The worst estate agent and people I've ever encountered. Incompetent and rude staff who only care about ripping you off. Avoid by all means.

I was a landlord with a property in south reading. I leased my property through martin&co's Whitley Street branch. I can say with that my 12 months experience as a private landlord with parma and simon was a bad experience. They are without doubt the most unprofessional and incompetent estate agents i have had to deal with. They where payed to supply a fully managed lease agreement, what a joke, they cannot even manage themselves. Even to the point where they did not forward relevant ...
