We saw a property we liked with Charlotte and we were then able to arrange a second viewing for later that evening. Once we decided, the same evening, we were keen to move ahead the wheels were in motion very quickly and Charlotte very efficiently pushed it forward. The following morning at 9.30am she and had an answer for us that our offer had been accepted, she was amenable to going back to our landlord about a condition we wanted to change and that all went through very smoothly, We then dealt directly with our landlord from then on. All in all a very efficient service.

Bad. I would rather donate all the money I paid them to charity and not to them. They didn't do their jobs and just keep lying I have spent hundreds of hours to ask them to remove landlord's personal stuff and dangerous furniture that could severely harm my 1 year old baby.

I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with our service. I apologise if regular maintenance and more urgent property defects were not rectified in line with your expectations. The property management team should respond and rectify these types of issues promptly, however in some instances they may be waiting on the landlords confirmation that they are in agreement with the works and costs involved. A few points on the above, if the landlady has choosen to not carry out an inventory then it would be harsh to claim Lauristons to be at fault as a result.
