I would like to thank the entire team at the Lower Early branch for their hard work and professionalism. Alan and Harry for their advice and knowledge and for keeping things moving and positive throughout the entire process. Sharon and Ellis who did most of the viewings for positively engaging with viewers and for the overall excellent service they have provided. I would highly recommend them as we have viewed properties ourselves and were glad that Arins were showing people around our place. They engaged and sold the area around us, as well as the house. Crucial considering the current market as they could paint a picture for the viewers living in the area and the benefits of living here.
Comment on agent fees
The fees were very competitive. I did consider the on line options but in my view the service is just not comparable to what Arins provide. The initial call to and engagement with Arins is what made me go with them in the first place.
