Thorough preparation and expert careful early promotion led to two offers above the asking price, one of which was accepted.

The Buyers and their solicitor were slow in taking necessary actions early in the process. This resulted in further negotiations late the process. James Coppock's support during this difficulty and in the earlier, more conventional processes, was exemplary.
