Worst real estate agency I have ever dealt with. *Extremely unprofessional, rude, and inefficient. First and foremost, both the landlady and I were unhappy with how * handled the signing of the contract. We both felt the process was extremely rushed and he made no room, for myself especially, to make any changes, forcing me to sign a final copy I was not happy with. In another instance, I had to live with no hot water for a week. * did not take any steps to rectify the matter ASAP, and even said the condition is considered liveable. No *, it is not œconsidered liveable when you have no hot water for a week in winter. Lastly, *'s lack or should I say no response to emails, calls, and text messages is inexcusable. It is extremely rude and unprofessional to not respond to constant follow ups. When I finally got to speak to him on the phone, by this time being extremely frustrated from not hearing from him for weeks and expressing my unhappiness with the matter, he responds œI'm a busy man. No apology, just œI'm a busy man. This kind of client service is disgusting. I myself am a busy person who works and shouldn't have to constantly chase up on you for things with are legally and rightfully mine. How you can run a client service business like this is questionable. I will never be using Fraser Bond again, and will be letting others know not to use your service as well.

Anna, your experience sounds very familiar as the exact same thing happened to me too! My flat was let out like an AirBNB (no approval from me) and Shakir blamed everything on the tenant. Although I manage to get back my flat, there were outstanding rental amounting to GBP5K plus water and electricity bills (GBP500) that was sent to me! No news from Shakir since then. Completely disappeared. Then he sent a marketing email using the same email address I use to another friend of mine who happened ...
