I had used 3 big Agents in the Brighton and Hove over a year with gaps in between to recover from the stress and frustration they caused. My next door neighbour sold their house with Rob Fane and he was amazing.
I had to move so my house was empty when I instructed Healy & Newsom.
Rob Fane was wonderful. He had my house sold in 2 weeks at the asking price, taking charge of the whole process.
My solicitors - a big firm in Brighton - were totally useless and he handled them too. Doing their work for them and keeping the process moving as my Buyer wanted a quick purchase.
After my experience of the big Agents in Brighton and Hove I had a very poor opinion of Estate Agents and agreed with all the bad press they got.
Rob Fane from Healy & Newsom is nothing like other Agents.
He did everything to get my house sold and there was no stress for me except my useless solicitor and there again he kept me informed a to where they were not doing their job.
If you have a property to sell don't go anywhere except here if you don't want to tear your hair out and want to scream.
They are worth every penny of the commission.
