We are tenants letting out a property located in Durham. All three of us are students.
From the beginning the service we have received from NMR lettings has been fairly good: they are clear and transparent and have provided us with all of the information that we need. They are fair and don't discriminate towards students, and when we had an issue with our contract we were able to resolve it. They are generally good in responding to emails and calls with any queries or any issues we may have however the only reason I am not awarding 5 stars is because we occasionally have not received a response to a particular question or it has taken longer than it has previously. This is only minor but it is a hassle when you have multiple queries and only a few are answered.
The property itself is well kept and I do have confidence that if we have any issues they should be resolved. The monthly rent is priced suitably for three tenants that are students in the area we are in. We are strongly considering extending our tenancy by one year because of our trust in NMR and our liking to the property we are staying in.

Comment on agent fees
No fees for students which is appreciated and welcomed. The rent is reasonably priced.

They did not provide misleading information, however your office did ask them to play around with dates on the application which I have seen emails for. This would have been misleading. They tried to provide a guarantor with the criteria given but this was rejected. They tried everything possible to resolve issues and get the house. They should get there deposit back. ...

Just wanted to add to my original review. I have now had the property for 2 years and have to say I am really happy with Nathan, Robyn and all the team at NMR. Living in Spain I need an agent to fully manage my property and NMR give me that .
