I couldn't chose 4 names, otherwise I would have selected Charlie Edwards and Bonnie Sait too, as between the 4 of you, you made selling our home an absolute dream! From the first instance of dealing with yourselves after a terrible experience with another local estate agents in which there had been no proactivity, or "championing" of our lovely house in order to get sold, you all delivered a bespoke and highly thoughtful service to us. Charlie listened to our requirements for our sale from the very beginning and offered us very valuable advice on our sale. We thank Martin for taking the time to capture the essence of our house in excellent photographs for potential buyers as well as also providing guidance and managing our expectations accurately to enable us to achieve our sale. This coupled with the team in the office organising viewings with exactly our target market, we had 3 viewings booked within 2 days of being on the market with you (the communication with Bonnie was always very regular, positive and supportive throughout this process too). Sarah expertly conducted viewings, which really ensured prospective buyers experienced everything our home could fully offer them. We eventually sold within 10 days I believe, enabling us to pursue our dream home, which we moved in to just over a week ago today.
I cannot recommend the team at Archbold & Edwards enough and am so very glad that we came onboard with you all.
