I rented a house through this company. From the start they were unprofessional. It took months to agree the inventory as they had included things on it that were not in the house. Within 24 hours of moving in things started to go wrong, and indeed in the first 6 months we had leaks from the bathroom into the hall, a leaking radiator, the washing machine and dishwasher broke down.
any interactions we had with the staff were unprofessional, and there is one member of staff in particular who is mind bogglingly rude. They are an utterly shabby little outfit.

Thank you for your feedback but as far as we can ascertain, we have received no direct complaint of this nature and have therefore not been given the opportunity to investigate and respond to the issues raised in the anonymous posting however I am pretty sure that I know the property that you are referring to. As you know we, as the agent, rarely get to choose the white goods as they are selected by the landlord which was explained at the viewing when you saw the property. Again it is hard to answer the specifics without knowing for sure which property you are are referring to but as far as I am aware all issues were dealt with as quickly as possible (subject to landlord agreement).
If you would like to provide actual details of the tenancy in question, we would then be able to respond accordingly.
