We appointed Village Estates to sell our flat in Bexley. Jack Filer was recommended to us by a friend who was pleased with the service he offered. We were not disappointed! Jack was professional and efficient, but above all else he was friendly and easy to talk to. His realistic approach was most welcome after some previous disastrous experiences with other estate agents. Having been in the busy many years Jack knows his stuff! Once the flat was sold Jack continued to support us along with Ian Hutton. Ian made regular calls to us and on our behalf. Always efficient and on hand if we had a question. We used the recommended solicitors with whom Ian had a good relationship, so were always in the loop thanks to him.
Upon completion we received messages from both Ian and Jack wishing us luck in the future.
I would not hesitate to recommend Village Estates to anyone. A first class service delivered by 'nice people'! Thank you Jack and Ian (and the ladies in the office who assisted too), we thank you for your excellent service and should we need to buy or sell in the future we definitely wouldn't go anywhere else!
