Where to begin. I rented from these con artists for three years, and only stayed with them because I was too poor to afford the fees to put down on another place and was able to transfer my deposit from one flat to another. They constantly lied to me and my flat mates about improvements to the slums they rented us.
The rent on these slums went up from 380 to 580 in two years: amidst rat infestations in which huge rats were pouring out of holes in the kitchen, running under the gaps in our bedroom doors, defecating everywhere. When we moved tickets the flat upstairs due to the issue mentioned earlier, we moved into a flat teeming with rats of course: but nops tried to blame us for the infestation so we would have to pay for the exterminator . Rather than refund our rent and calling an exterminator Nops provided us with snap shut cages and complimentary peanut butter and cereal bars to bait them ourselves almost as a cynical gesture to show how little they care. We had this problem for months. The property had no where to store rubbish outside and so we had to live in our own waste, stinking to high heaven. When we asked where we should put them they constantly avoided answering the question, quite literally employing a cynical subterfuge in which everything we shouldn't do was stated but never what we should. Three years of this nonsense was enough to give many of us depressive episodes and a general feeling of being totally abused. I was the person emailing these jokers constantly asking for small basic improvements to our living conditions which were slum like, and so when it came to finally moving out and going with another agency THEY BLACKLISTED ME AS A âPROBLEMATIC TENANTâ to try and ensure that essentially I couldn't rent in oxford and I almost became homeless. Thankfully I have good friends in the city who could vouch for me personally and I was able to hang on by a thread, and was able to continue on after finishing my degree at Brooke's to become a top grade masters student at the university of Oxford and then was offered a coveted internal DPHIL scholarship at the same. I'm Also , during this time I left a five line review on their Facebook which was so concise and poetic that they called me into their office under false pretences where three blonde women shut me in the back room and tried to bully me into taking the review down. I refused so they had to delete their entire Facebook. This was the only small victory I had and probably also contributed to my blacklisting which in my view is verging on illegal abuse trying to shut down free speech about their awful rude incompetent âbusinessâ. I could write thousands of words detailing the abusive experience I and my friends had with this lot but I have spent too much energy on them already: I hate nops with all my heart and I hope truly that they get shut down and swallowed by the same pernicious, insidious bile that they pedal. Do not rent from these lot if you value your mental and physical health, and want to retain a shred of dignity in oxford.

Anyone reading this should ignore this review and refer to all the others, this is plainly written by one of their members of staff, NOPS have a poor reputation for a reason, and that is that they treat tenants like garbage.
