I was looking for a valuation for my 3 bedroom home in Appleton Thorn for an extension build but I didn't know where to go or who to approach as I wasn't actually selling my house and felt a bit cheeky. I decided to ring Mark Antony who I had previously used to put my house up for sale and when I spoke to Jenny she couldn't have been more helpful, she immediately remembered who I was and even knew my address, from 5 years ago! She assured me that this was something she could help me with and you could tell that nothing was too much trouble for her. I received a fully comprehensive 8-page Property Valuation Report within less than 1 week which I am so impressed with and it is exactly what I require. Both Jenny and Katie are very professional and efficient whilst also being friendly and approachable. I would recommend Mark Antony Estates to anyone, they go the extra mile!
Comment on agent fees
This service was provided on a good will basis purely down to building and maintaining good customer relationships which is amazing, I will certainly use Mark Antony when I sell my house in the future. I would also like to mention their photographs as they take extremely professional photographs, far superior to other agents.
