Mr. Armstrong received us for two viewings on the same day and both of the flats were appealing. The second one was freshly renovated and we decided to rent it. The presentation was very thorough and professional, as we noticed them about our decision, they immediately reserved the flat for us on that very Friday afternoon.
The following Monday we have been prompted to transfer the first-month rent and deposit via email. I felt uncomfortable to transfer such amount of money for a simple email so we read these feedbacks and got even more nervous. Finally, we asked for a proforma invoice and a provisional contract before the transfer. Mr. Armstrong handled our inquiry in a professional manner and also, he provided us with all the requested document and most importantly, the proforma invoice.
After the successful transfer, we signed the contract on Friday, so that we could move in within one single week. For the record, this happened in early September, when all the students occupy their accommodation.
The flat is amazing! When we needed further services (optimizing the heating, mounting a mirror cabinet in the bathroom) everything has been arranged quickly and efficiently, the contracted maintenance team is very effective and polite.
In essence, we are absolutely satisfied with the services of Absolute Residential Ltd., and personally with Mr. Armstrong's proficiency.

I completely agree with the above comment. We moved in to our current flat a year ago and requested our windows be replaced as they leak water constantly and don't fit properly in the sills making it very cold in winter. We have to have a bucket under them at all times - not a good look! Again we have contacted the letting agents REPEATEDLY about this through email and phone calls and have even told environmental health about it but NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
