This concerns my experiences as a tennant letting through the Southville branch on North Street.
Very poor service - many complaints:
1 - Excessive referral fees - we paid because we were in a hurry and were led to believe that we would be able to stay here a reasonable length of time.
2 - After just three months we were informed the landlord would be selling and a month later we were subjected to an onslaught of viewings, most with less than 24 hours notice, some at inconvenient times and more recently, a surveyer who turned up completely unannounced.
3 - Lettings manager recognised that we had got a raw deal and promised that all referral fees would be waived if we rented another place through them. More on this in a bit...

If they actually just spoke to us about the issues we had, and actually phoned us back when they said they would. We were left without hot water for 2 weeks as we didn't know how to work the boiler, and we only worked it out from switching different switches all over the house. Complaints Procedure

We signed papers on a house, due to poor communication between members of staff and their reference company the house fell through with 2 weeks before the moving in date and 2 weeks before we're all made homeless.
They've backed us into a corner by telling us that they will only waiver 1 of our agency fees however if we try and find a house through them immediately non of us would lose our agency fees. How do we not know they're lying?!
Very unhappy!
