I have been using Brookdale Property Management for 22 years now have always found them to be outstandingly good at what they do. They are professional, polite and pleasant to work with. They answer the phone straight away when you ring, no waiting in phone queues. I have 13 properties with Brookdale property Management and I never have to worry that I may have forgotten something. They take care of everything They appear to me to have good record keeping for when things are due for example gas safety checks. They will deal with any maintenance issues or if I choose to they will ask me if I would like to deal with any issue arising. Some of which I like to do my self but some I prefer to use their contractors. I like having this choice. I made a decision to use an agent 22 years ago when I let my first property. I chose Brookdale property management as they appeared the best to me and I have never regretted my decision. I wouldn't want to be without them. Letting property doesn't come risk free but Brookdale Property Management take away a lot of the risks and help things run smoothly for both me and my tenants.
