wards package for selling + convaencing was excellent ,tom explained every thing we needed to know at our 1st meeting. having only ever sold one house before and had lived in our currant one for 25yrs it was a relief to find some-one that made sure as oap,s we understood all the stages of the comming house sale. he was on the ball sending viewers to see the house and gave plenty of notice and sent a sales person to show our house as we felt this was more professional than doing it yourself. through-out the transaction tom kept us informed of progress and reassured us when things were dragging from our purchesers chain. i couldnt give enough praise to tom and would recommend wards of whitstable to any-one thinking of selling in our area .
