I am still waiting over 3 weeks later andcayill no bond has been sent on to me. The tenant has givemvqritten permission, firstly I had to chase down a change if bank form, now they want to check my signature. The excuses go on and on and still no bond. Their customer service is non existent and I am now thinking of getting my solicitor involved. I wouldn't touch this agenfycwith a barge pole.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Replace the existing team, manage all processes, have internal sign off and train all staff members in tenant and property law. Care about their landlords. Be responsible. Be professional.
