David did an excellent job of finding me a new tenant. It's was during a difficult time, the summer holidays but he worked hard and found me a new tenant. I have read the previous reviews, many of them very negative, but I found David to be very responsive, always responding to calls and emails within a very short time period. Even when I was sending him emails asking for updates he didn't avoid my emails or calls at any point. I believe this is when some agents go missing but this certainly wasn't the case with him. Thank you David for your great service and I would happily work with you again, regards Kay
