What can I say. This guy knows his stuff. He oozes experience and confidence from the second he walks up to the front door. No push for us to spend more, simply sits down, and tells you exactly what you need to know. Not only did he do that, but he enabled us to sell at a price that has ended up opening us up to an amazing new step in our lives.
Choosing an estate agent is daunting at the best of times but choosing to sell my house myself with Jason's guidance has been the best choice I ever made. Full control over every conversation, no silly middle man and I've been able to be totally honest and upfront with my buyer without having to go through anyone else to do it. And at a fraction of the price of your conventional estate agent!
Highlights would be:

- genuine care and passion for the industry
- professionalism to the max

This person is hitting out at Yopa and myself due to a buyer of her property reducing their offer, following a survey which showed some major problems with the property, and would have cost a lot of money to rectify. It's a shame that some people write untruthful and inaccurate reviews due to situations that are not the companies or agents fault.
