Cannot recommend Warren and Stuart enough. Professional and really great guys. Could call or email at any time and either would be up to date with the situation. Warren worked tirelessly towards completion working with all parties in the chain to secure a date, keeping me up to date at every point. I send anyone I can their way. Had limited experience of dealing with them as a buyer, we viewed a few properties with them. Never an issue, which I cant say for other agents. The reason we chose Warrens is we wanted our buyer to have a pleasant experience and not be put off by an agent who is uncontactable and rude (an experience we had had as buyers).
Comment on agent fees
Does what it says on the tin, £1,500 including VAT. No tie in period. No up front fee. No sale, no fee.
