Had a difficult to sell property and ultimately sold it at a heavy loss but NF got it sold after 3 years. They were good communicators, supportive and energetic. I'd tried a few by the time I went iwth them. What I would say is NOT to go with the conveyancers they recommend, in their group. I ended up with Page Nelson in Lincoln and I think my buyer was with another in the group. The group is called Movewithus I think. Both sides were slow, needed prodding, didn't project manage it and sometimes mine made errors. It was painful!

No sale no fee was important for me. Other than that, nothing exceptional one way or another.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Ascertain to the best of your ability beforehand, if the landlord has any plans to sell, even the remotest inclination If so, you MUST inform prospective tenants Respect tenant's right to quiet enjoyment of their home
