We recently purchased a house which was up for sale by mike Dobson in garforth. We encountered an issue where our lender valued the property at less that what we offered. Belinda kindly went away and investigated comparable evidence across the local postcodes which reassured me that our offer was fair. She was also on hand for any of the problems that arose and dealt with these in a very positive and supportive manner. I would recommend this estate agent branch.
Thank you Belinda for your help in this purchase, it certainly wasn't straightforward but we're very happy having now moved in.
