Was lied to during the viewing, told that what I later found out to be the visitors parking slot was supposed to be the parking slot for the property I viewed and now rent. It was a hassle to get a fence off from the actual parking slot for the property, which by the way is terrible and if I would've known that was the actual parking slot I wouldn't have rented this property.

When we arrived the property was in a very bad state. The walls were extremely dirty, with holes and the carpet has a lot of stains in it, which makes me think it hasn't been professionally cleaned for years. You can tell very little had been done in terms of maintenance for many years and many tenants before us. Had to complain a lot in order for them to come to their senses and actually fix the property to be in a livable and decent state. They agreed to only paint the walls and for this fixes we have waited for more than a month and it still hasn't happened yet.

Very unprofessional in their responses when I brought up these issues and blamed me for not seeing how bad the property was during the viewing and implying that I had to put up with it. Terrible experience overall. Would never rent from them again or ever want to deal with them again.
Comment on agent fees
This agent honestly shouldn't charge anything. First I was lied to then I was mistreated when I was rightfully complaining for the poor state of a very expensive rented property.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually listen and be polite. Maybe even try and fix the issue and only supply information that is correct not what they decide is the easiest to say.
