The team at Howlands provided an honest, professional, friendly and caring service during the sale of my property. I chose Howlands as my selling agent because of their comprehensive local market knowledge and their warm approach to both vendor and buyer. Although the original sale of the property failed due to change of mind of the buyers, I was impressed with the speed, energy and focus of Howlands in re-marketing and gaining a successful sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to other prospective sellers.
The fees represented good value for money and were very competitive.
