My wife and I recently sold our house in Burnham through The Frost Partnership.
We have nothing but praise for their dedication, courtesy and honesty during what was a period of stress for us.
We were given immediate feedback of any comments made by prospective buyers. We originally bought a house in Burnham Lane through Frost's, 38 years ago and were impressed by their commitment then.
They promote your property as a "Home" not as structure,

Having looked into the details on your file, I can see that we had booked a check in and inventory for your tenancy which would have detected the issues you report. Unfortunately, this was cancelled by the landlord the day before you were due to move in. The landlord informed us that she would carry out her own check in with you instead, but failed to turn up for this. We were therefore asked to attend, take meter readings and provide you with keys. Having the same experience with Frost of Slough now. The most appalling firm. They are not just badly organised and incompetent they are devious liars. Every review I have read says they give the excuse "we can't get hold of the landlord". I doubt they bother to contact them. I too had the misfortune of dealing with the infamous Pooja. Her name is cropping up all over the internet in association with lying, shady dealings and awful rental experiences. She lied her head off to me about so many th ...
